Friendly Staff and Quality Rooms

The Statler Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff at the check-in desk were very nice and helped us with the check-in and check-out process. They also helped us pick up our wedding decor the day after our event.The Ballroom is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and spacious!Chef Eric and his team create food that is delicious, and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the food!We highly recommend the Statler Hotel if you are planning an event or staying in the Ithaca area.

A very comfortable experience

We stayed for one night with child and the experience was good.Its pricy though with breakfast and parking not included but with payment you get the best of both.The location, the ambiance and the overall is a very good experience

First rate hotel

Lovely hotel with very attentive (largely student) staff. Very helpful and courteous. Rooms were lovely and a good size. Would very much recommend, especially if you have business at the university. Free shuttle service to the airport was a nice touch too.

Excellent Service, Clean Rooms

Loved my stay here. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. I will come back again for leisure and for business. Valet was fast. Front desk was prompt and efficient. Rooms were very clean. Cornell Campus is lovely.
