We automatically collect certain information from you when you visit our website. This data is used in conjunction with Google Analytics to gather metrics on site usage including geographic location of visitors and the pathways navigated through our website. The information we collect is not linked to anything that identifies you as an individual. Your session will be tracked but you will remain anonymous as a user. As part of Google Analytics, we also gather device and browser-related information.

In order to take full advantage of some of our services, certain tools, such as Travel Click, may request additional contact information, payment information, and/or online identifiers if you sign up for our email offers.

We use gathered information to track user trends and website usage with the goal of improving our visitors' experience and optimizing our websites. Aggregated information is also used to administer this website and prevent abuse.

Reservations and Booking
When you book a reservation with us, you will be redirected to our trusted third-party who manages this process and payment collection. We use this information to process your reservation, send you confirmation emails, and provide information relevant to your stay.

Email Offers
When you sign up for our email offers, we associate your email address with preferences you provide for receiving email notifications. In some cases, we create aggregate reports about customer preferences but do not correlate them with the email addresses or individuals.

Contact Forms and Email Links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page, information you provide will be collated into an email and sent to us over Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the connections to our email servers are encrypted before the content is sent across the internet. Information sent to us via these forms and over email are used to process your customer service requests.
