The hotel is not ...

The hotel is not only beautiful and has great facilities, but it also has the best staff and service—I’d give its staff ten stars if I could! From the warm greetings I received on my way in, to the wonderful check-in experience, to their help later with changing rooms and looking for lost items, everyone—from the front desk and concierge to the housekeeping staff—has been not only professional but also incredibly warm, considerate, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for all the care and attention I’ve already received here!:)
