We cannot think of ...

We cannot think of a better way to prove that this is operated by one of the best hospitality schools of the world? Staying at Statler hotel was a great experience for us. The room was clean and well maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and well trained. You can tell they are eager to help with great professionalism. Everyone was welcoming and tried to go out of their way to understand our needs. From manager to junior team members, this is what top service is supposed to look like. We want to say Cornell got itself a tangible advertisement that truly speaks to the quality of the university.

Very clean, well maintained ...

Very clean, well maintained public spaces and guest rooms. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of our Cornell junior suite. Service was very cordial and the check in/check out process was efficient and trouble free. We look forward to visiting again.
