The actual stay at ...

The actual stay at the hotel was fantastic. However not happy with selection of food. Too high class. Not everyone especially those from the south are interested in apple encrusted cherry tomatoes.

Overall a lovely hotel ...

Overall a lovely hotel with many hotelie students who run/learn how to run the hotel. The hotel is situated in the middle of campus and thus has stunning views overlooking the gorge. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are complementary apples in the lobby. Only taking away a star because it took a few tries to get a rollaway bed and the rollaway bed ended up being VERY uncomfortable.
