Our seasonal signature cocktails and mocktails are part of our ongoing effort to elevate meetings and events with thoughtful touches that feel personal and intentional. Designed to reflect the mood of each season, these drinks offer hosts an easy way to add something memorable to their event, whether guests are toasting with a cocktail or enjoying a non alcoholic option.

This winter, the Evergreen Mule brings a festive, cozy feel to events, while spring welcomes the light and refreshing Bloom and Fizz. These rotating bar enhancements allow us to keep our event offerings fresh and relevant throughout the year, giving every gathering a sense of place and season. It is just one more way The Statler Hotel helps turn great events into unforgettable experiences.

Introducing our newest beverage enhancements and their recipes:

Winter: Evergreen Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka (optional)
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 oz ginger beer (to top)
  • Garnish: fresh cranberries, sprig of rosemary

Spring: Bloom & Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 oz St. Germain (optional)
  • 2.5–3 oz Poema Cava (or any dry sparkling wine) (optional)
  • 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz elderflower simple syrup
  • Tonic water (to top for mocktails)
  • Garnish: edible flower
