Menus and details for your event should be finalized at least three (3) weeks prior to your event date. To expand the variety, our professional catering/conference planning and culinary team would be happy to tailor a menu to your specific taste and needs. Menu items and pricing is subject to change.
The hotel offers a complete selection of beverages including non-alcoholic beverages for your event. The hotel does not permit alcohol to be brought onto the premises. A minimum will apply to all bars. The hotel requires one bar for every 75 guests.
The hotel requires a final confirmation or "guarantee" of your guest attendance per meal no later than five (5) business days prior to your scheduled event. Should your final revenue guarantee fall below your original contracted minimum, the group will be financially responsible for the difference. Once received, the final guarantee may not be reduced; however, we can accept increases in expected attendance up to 24 hours prior to the event. If no guarantee is received your original expected attendance per the contract will be used for attendance and billing. The hotel is prepared to serve 5% in excess of the guaranteed number of guests.

Labor fees may apply in instances where the room set-up changes after a room has been set per the Banquet Event Order, or there is excessive clean-up to the property or if the event exceeds the agreed upon time. Damages will be the sole responsibility of the group. Please note that chef attendant and bartender fees may apply based upon menu selections.
Day guest parking for events is limited. Prior arrangements are necessary and subject to availability. Please discuss day guest parking needs with your Catering/Conference Planning Manager. A day guest parking fee may apply.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation charge will be applicable based upon the original contract or Banquet Event Order when serving as the contract.
All food items must be supplied and prepared by the hotel and may not be removed from the premises. It is a violation of the food safety health code for leftover banquet food to be removed from the event facilities by guests. Consuming raw or undercooked meat or seafood may increase your risk of food borne illness.
